Bed extender, any detailed images?

I haven't seen many images of the Maverick's bed extender, and I'm wondering if that is because it's not actually finalized? I did come across an image with some kayaks loaded in the bed and the extender out over the tailgate. I haven't seen any videos on YT that show the bed extender either. Anyone know of any additional images, please post here, thanks!

Also interested along with whether it can be locked inside the bed (when the tailgate is up) to prevent someone from stealing the extender...
