Bed drains?

Is there a bed drain, other than the tail gate? I have a drop-in liner and folding soft cover. I’ve got some standing water between liner ridges (not much after hard rain). I lifted the liner and see some rust at the tie-down depressions. Are there supposed to be any drain holes there? This is my first pick-up so this is all new to me.

Yes. There are two round ones up front in the corners next to the cab and probably 6-8 tiny “slot” drains along the side edges. The edge drains look to me to be specifically designed to plug up with anything bigger than a cat’s eyelash. If I can find my pictures, I’ll post them here. I sealed my side drains when I did my spray-in liner as I thought they looked like they’d trap way more water than they’d shed.

Here are two of the slot drains. Can’t see them, have to probe with a small wire.

In addition to those mentioned above, there are round drilled drains in the front end of every groove in the bed floor. It would take a lot more than a "cat's eyelash" to plug them. They're circled in blue in this picture:
