Location inside the cubby isFinally got the cubby in the mail. Installed a 12v power source. USB, usbc and a 12v outlet with a power switch.
. Don't know if that's rain or you spraying water to highlight the advantage of said placement, but nevertheless it achieved its purpose. Great job.Sponsored

Thanks for the perfect location (inside the CUBBY) !!! Spent hrs trying to figure out the best location so finally in desperation entered "AC plug installation on Ford Maverick cubby" and your (this link) showed up. My concerned was keeping dirt, water, etc off the ac panel ....your location IS perfect...Let the work begin. This'll make the installation easy. Thx
A plus is if you ever want to remove the AC panel, just glue another piece of plastic over the hole and it will not be seen from the outside.
