Bed Cover ID help

[Florida Man Maverick]

Hey guys I’m looking at buying this cover on the secondary market and the owner isn’t positive on the brand.He thinks it’s a Bakflip but there is no stickers or logos on it…

From what I’ve looked at online it almost looks like a Bakflip X4 except when it is folded all the way up the brackets holding it up look different than what I am seeing online and in YouTube videos…

you guys seen anything similar?

This looks like an Undercover Flex, or Ultra Flex. They don't open against the cab like baks do, I think.

The only reason I hesitate a bit is that the Ultrflex DOES have a label on the left near the tailgate.

Maybe it was removed for a more sleek look? I dont know how easy those logos are to remove... Everything looks identical except for that...

Could be. Uncover makes an Armor Flex which according to their site, does not fit the Maverick. When I looked at this one some months back, it said it would. Look at the rail clamps in the install video.

Looks like the Armor Flex in the pictures, which I can confirm does fit the Maverick. I installed one on my wife's Mav. Not sure why realtruck doesn't list it there.

Are you thinking the one I am looking at looks more like the armor flex?

I thought it looked just like this one in this video which apparently is the Armor Flex and they have it on a MAverick.... Weird that their website says it wont fit a maverick...

YEah I just posted a video I saw on Youtube of the armor flex installed on a Maverick.

I just called Real Truck re the Armor Flex. Yep, their site needs updating. How do you like the cover? Still mulling choices, they wanted $1219 plus tax, minus a club discount they would include at order.

It's great, no issues. Got it for $850 with MTC discount last year during a sale. There was also a rebate in the form of a prepaid card, I think $850 included that.

got ya. I don’t have the cargo rail so not a big deal to me. But definitely appreciate you pointing it out.

I positioned the clamps as far forward and aft so that the sliding ring still has most of its range of motion. You do lose a little bit of sliding action though.
