Balanced out Oct 21 2021 order? Not rolled.

What does it mean when they say that we see your order was balanced out and not rolled over. Is this why my Private Offer didn't come through. I even sent a message telling the dealership not to Cancel my model year22 order. So I would get it. Not my fault the dealership didn't do what was needed. Maybe not even their fault. It seems as this was a new way of rolling orders. What now?

Sounds like the dealer failed to follow the necessary process to keep your order active.

A balanced out order is one that was not built before the MY rollover that will not be carried over. It’s gone.

And my new 23 that was a new order was selected and built and shipped. Xl hybrid. Get real. I will get the Private Offer. I have wrote emails to corporate and I got a call today. We are working on this. Not my fault. I did everything I could amd more really.

So the dealer did order the 23 correctly.
Do you know if the dealer got your 22 approved through COVP (or ROVP....same thing)?? The private transition offers are tied to that.
If your dealer did get your 22 Mav order approved through COVP, and the private offer isn't showing up for you, they should contact their sales/inventory rep, and that person should be able to get the issue sorted.

If the dealer didn't do the COVP on the 22....I don't think Ford will do anything about the private offer.

It was covp. I have had to walk my dealer through the process. They said the inventory specialist emailed back after 3 weeks and said he would look into it.
