Backup Camera Freeze/Stutter

Noticed a recall for Bronco/Transit/Navigator for a backup camera freezing/stuttering issue. I thought it was just me, but this is also happening in my 22 XLT Hybrid from time to time. While backing up, the "live feed" from the camera will stall/stutter/freeze. The picture is still on screen but it lags. I have nearly backed into a couple of things in the driveway because of this. I'm smart enough to use my mirrors as well but if you've got a backup camera, shouldn't it be able to be relied upon? Anyone else experience this problem? Really don't see similar posts when I search the forum.
