2024 Ecoboost XLT w/Tremor pkg. less than 800 miles. Got an AWD fault / Service soon message. Searched the forum saw others that had this but no fixes were identified. Took the vehicle into the dealership and this is what they found:
CK DTCS and found C0695-15 present in AWD module. Performed PP test U per work shop manual. U1 N, U2 N. Found open circuit in VED11. Disconnected inline connector C222 and found loose pin fit at pin 28 causing concern. Repaired loose pin fit at pin 28 on C222. Submitted photos to GCR. Cleared DTCS and test drove to verify repairs. Part# 14S411 CC 28
Dealership stated 2 to 4 business days to look at it, called me the afternoon of the 2nd day, said its ready for me to pick it up. Great service.
