Auto Dimming For headlights

Gotta post it. 2024 Hybrid are the head light supposed to dim automatically when oncoming traffic is detected at night. If So is it a feature I can set?

Maybe.
Yes.

Go to vehicle settings.

Go to lighting.

You should see Auto Highbeam in a box. You can enable or disable the system by putting a check in the box or removing it. The feature will remain unchanged, until you decide to change it.
Be advised:
Except for one exception it will not change unless you physically change it.
The exception is: If Ford does a recall update, just like the daylight running lights, the system may be enabled / turned on.
