On a road trip to North Carolina, no problem running Waze and book on tape first day. Second day Audio screen locked up, pressing all buttons did nothing. When adjusting hvac temperature set temperature did not pop up but could feel temperature change. Stopped at rest area and tried resetting by turning truck off, no luck. Had the wife look up in manual the method to reset audio. Method was to hold down audio power and fast seek button at same time until screen blacked out. In about 2 minutes there audio system rebooted and all was well again. 2024 XL Hybrid with about 5,800 miles. Love the gas mileage.
