“Too many holes” just means they are a “ universal fit”, which doesn’t promise it will fit a Maverick. You just need to ask the measurements to see if they will fit, but I mean hole spacing, diameter, and wheel offset.

having said that, they “look” like they may fit.

Well, maybe they'll fit, they look like some kind of universal wheel, you'll have to measure it.
I got some almost new take-off wheels from an XL from Craigslist with lugs and tires for $200.
Nice having snows already mounted for winter.
