Are higher trims likely to get faster scheduling?

Please forgive my ignorance but I have never owned a new care before much less ordered. Based on recent ford production lines and vehicles, are there any hints at to what could get you a vehicle faster than others based on trim? I did read the very write-up on the forum about how allocation works, so I am not asking about that. Thanks!

I'm by no means an expert on this, but my dealer said that "commodity-restricted" items would probably slow delivery.

So things like a bed liner, bed cover, flaps, etc would have a better chance of being delayed. Not sure how true it is but that's what I was told
