I’m sure others know this already but if someone else like myself doesn’t, I thought I would share this. I just got a 2025 Maverick and couldn’t figure how to adjust the volume for Waze or Apple Maps. I’m use to the radio have settings for this. Turns out that when the voice of those apps are talking you just turn up the volume at that point and I believe it saves that volume amount for the app.

Yep, have to use the volume when the voice direction is talking.

Haven’t seen this addressed in other threads, but the issue I’m having in my 2025 is the volume doesn’t “save” when you adjust it during Waze voice prompts. It’s driving me crazy. Every other veh I’ve been in, when you increase the volume during a prompt it stays there. Even after phone updates, the Mav volume defaults back to super quiet in Waze on CarPlay
