Got an issue.

2024 Maverick Lariat Hybrid: Having trouble clearing ACM fault. I changed the dash speaker on my B&O system and now getting an open circuit fault that I can't seem to clear. Can anyone offer some help.

I ran the ACM Test procedure.
ACM B1A07:13
ACM B1A08:13
Code: B1a07 - Speaker #7
Additional Fault Sympton
-Circuit Open
Module: Audio Control Module

The fault does not come up when I run the general DTC, its says ACM: None

I can't get this code cleared. I put back the OEM speaker and know the circuit is closed.
How do I reset the fault, HELP!!

Did you end up solving this issue? I installed a kicker key 200.4, using the existing speaker wires to the rear speakers and now get the same DTS on speakers 3 and 4. The speakers appear to work perfectly fine. I'm concerned about any open circuit and potential parasitic draw on the battery. Thx.

I had the truck in for a recall of the blinker and the tech reset the error code. Not sure if Forscan removed the error or not. Think best is to remove battery terminal before doing any speaker work.

Thank you for the reply Gary. I may have to raise this when I take in the truck for service. I used Forscan to reset the codes but they just return the next time the car is turned on. I assume it is a true open circuit but odd behavior for the DTC. Thx.
