Has anyone with a Mav installed a CB Radio?

If you have, could you provide info on where you placed antenna, how your installed it and if you used any of the cubby spaces, particularly next to the touchscreen or the one behind it.

This radio may be able to be stashed into the cubby hole. Not a neat and tidy solution but it's small, so locate it elsewhere. . . .

I was the Jack Rabbit as a kid. One day I said, Good buddy, how does it look ahead. The person said put the pedal to the medal. This is what I did. Around the corner were two highway patrol officers. I got a ticket for going 83 mph. To this day. I always thought it was the CHP who told me to put the pedal to the medal.

Haven't thought about a CB radio since the 70's. I remember Cobra and Midland were the best radios. Although they saved me many of speed traps on the road.

Use to use cb and radar detector in cars , trucks and mcs . no need for them now . I drive speed limits + 5 mph over on highway . cb is nice for info on roads ahead ( accidents and road work ) . Midland (12 volt plugin )with k40 magmatic base so everything was easily removed . now traveling with trailer in tow so speed limit or less . retired so not in any hurry . also still use paper maps to look for work a rounds if traffic backups . I pay attention to Truckers movements for possible work a rounds .
