Anyone in Washington state, mavrick get stuck in Portland?

My truck is currently in shipping and has been at the rail yard in Portland since may 15th . Original delivery date was the 21-27th may. Now my dealership and ford are both telling me the 5th of June. Any idea what could be holding it up or know any business down there I can contact?
