Anyone get their truck delivered without it first showing up on palsapp? My truck has been sitting in a Memphis rail yard since Saturday and I am just curious if I can rely on that tracker to know my truck is actually on a truck?

Mine never showed up on trucking tracker. It showed on the ford tracking showing a truck symbol.

this is all mine shows. To me it looks like my truck hasn’t shipped yet even though I got the email saying it did on the 15th.

The VIN and Freight numbers are both listed. The dealership name is listed on mine in the upper right corner.

My Bronco was convoy only and never showed up on pals app. It always showed null/pending. I heard based on what’s going on in the trucking industry they started using more companies to help out.

Yours is probably still in transit on the rail. Mine said shipped on the 7th, it took 9 days to get to the interchange delivery where it will eventually be loaded on a hauler and delivered to the dealership

Mine shows pending for Delaware also. for about 10 days so far.

my sales manager kept my updated on the train progress, then the transport via truck.

I tracked mine (UP). I knew where it was the whole route and my dealer didn't. When it was at the last rail stop, and waiting for a hauler to get it to the dealership, I no longer had a way to track it.

It's really hard to wait once you can't see it on the tracker anymore. It depends on when a car-hauler is coming through where your truck is waiting and headed your way. For me, that part was only a couple of days, but some folks have waited a couple weeks or more. If yours has already completed its rail journey, chances are it won't be long now.

Other than getting Email staing mine had shipped, I recieved nothiong. Couldn't get rail info, when I asked. Only got an updated delivery date, a week later than original, when I stopped in to inquire.
Showed up the next day. Picked up 2 days later.
