Anyone else have a sales rep who doesn't respond to emails?

This is a rant because I'm frustrated with the process I've been experiencing with my current dealer. I wish I could switch to a different one in my state. The guy is old and have never once sent me an email even after he says he will send me an email lol. This is my build week and of course the recent 2 day shutdown had to be during MY build week. Frustration continues, I'm just impatient. Ordered on 8.24 then was sent a 10.18 production week email and then a follow up email saying I was pulled forward a week which had me doing backflips! Hoping to receive the build email before the end of this week... that is all!

Cry me a River! There lots of folks out here with orders since 6/9 without anything! Some Hybrid, some Ecoboost.

Yes and NO!! They respond but they don't address the questions.

My correct salesman is incredibly responsive. But I know that they are not all that way. I had to switch dealers to just get my order placed due to the first dealership's lack of follow through.
