Anyone else experiencing shipping delays?

Mine was shipped 04/26, now looking at a delivery date to dealer of 5/28-6/10. This date has changed 3 times since the truck shipped.

When I was selling for Ford, most vehicles shipped within a reasonable amount of time (7-14 days). But every now and then, we'd wait 4 weeks or more and hear nothing. So you'd call Conrail, and they would tell you they would "look into it." A couple more weeks would go by, and they'd call you back and say, "the vehicle has been handed over to the carrier, so you should be getting it within the next week." More often than not, my reply would be, "well, thanks, but the truck came in last week, and my customer picked it up over the weekend." I hope the situation has improved since then, and yes- we eventually learned it was a waste of time to call Conrail.

Mine finally came in….the dealership I ordered it from got bought out by large multi dealership (with multiple brands in the Houston region). The new owners suck. I feel bad for the decent people that used to be connected to the old management.

On the way to the dealership, I told my wife that just watch, they are going to try and dick me over since they are under new big company ownership.
Well….I must be a prophet or something. Now they got a little extra out of me and the manager ”wants” me to make at least 4 payments before refinancing (no payoff penalty)….so I will be going by my credit union to refinance tomorrow.

I may have a record for shipping delay. I ordered my Maverick originally in January 2022, but the order was rolled over into the 2023 model year when it was not fulfilled. My salesman convinced me to make no changes in my original order to avoid any delays in my 23 model year production. I was finally notified that it was built and had been shipped on 2-26-23, but as of today on 6-27-23, I’m still waiting and the Ford website now gives the estimate for delivery in mid July. I could have walked all the way from Mexico to Oregon in the last 4 months I’ve waited for the truck to arrive. My salesman told me that it had arrived in a port in Vancouver Washington (about 30 miles from the dealership) two months ago, but my emails to him have only been short reply’s of apology and thanking me for my patience with no explanation for the delay or where my truck is. I have little confidence that the private offer will be handled properly if and when the truck actually arrives. This is my first Ford purchase and will definitely be my last.

Ford's website says to expect a few days to a week for shipping on my Maverick built 05/15, but it's been longer than that and a chat agent told me it is expected to ship by mid June. That's a month, not a week, and my dealer is right next to a huge autoport rail yard. Am I wrong in finding this suspiciously long to fill an autorack car?

Mine shipped on 6/20 and delivery is 7/28 approximately, rail from Mexico to ship in California (Pasha) to Honolulu dealership
