Hybrid on its way to Dealer.

Here we go again. We know that hybrids don’t have OKTB and will not have it til December 8th. We also know they they will not start shipping til January. How do these threads get started?

No where does it say they will not ship until Jan. They expect the first deliveries to HAPPEN in Jan. It could be earlier.

I opened another thread when I saw "my" hybrid being advertised on the local Ford Dealers website with (what looked like my truck including pictures of the options I added) sitting in front of a rail car. My build "day" is Friday! It faked me out so I emailed my salesman. By the way all 10 Mavericks listed in their website has a "Deposit" banner across it. It also has a $3000.00 market adjustment added on to the price. My salesman responded. He said that mine was indeed being built this week and that the price agreed to at the time of special order is what I will pay.
whew He also said that I should expect it in about 6 weeks.

I was browsing through local Ford dealerships and noticed that Lithia Ford in Fresno(California) has a Hybrid for sale(In Transit). I emailed the dealership and it is in fact a special order. Here is the link to the Hybrid Maverick.

Whenever I see a "call for price" instead of the actual price, I figure it's going to be marked up by at least $5k.

A few dealers are showing their custom orders in their online inventory. This one looks like it is still in production and hasn't shipped yet:

If the dealer has vehicle on order, all you have to do is put a deposit down to hold it for you.. If you do not like it you will get your deposit back.
