Any recent experiences with ADMs?

This question relates to retail orders and not dealer stock.

Since Ford recently gave dealers a warning about unreasonable mark ups, has anyone within the last 4 weeks been able to purchase their Maverick at the agreed upon price? Or did the dealer spring a last minute ADM and for how much?
