I’m glad I decided to get this. It’s very well built. The only potential drawback is the size of the opening. It’s just big enough to fit a P365XL. I’m not sure my full sized VP9 would fit.
Who else got one? What do you think?

If you're carrying CCW in California and need to go into a newly prohibited location, it's helpful to have temporary truck storage. My issue is that a firearm, especially in a vehicle, should be able to be retrieved quickly. The bronco has a safe for the back that could fit a full AR and that did appeal to me. This one has that one serious drawback. Now if your not using it to store a firearm, it's great.
Concealed means concealed. Unless there are metal detectors, nobody should ever know. Not that I disagree overall of course. I'll just never understand those that value a sign or written words and it's sense of protection over their life. "I'd rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6".If you're carrying CCW in California and need to go into a newly prohibited location, it's helpful to have temporary truck storage.
Don't want to go down that rabbit hole.Concealed means concealed. Unless there are metal detectors, nobody should ever know. Not that I disagree overall of course. Hey you brought it up, not me.Don't want to go down that rabbit hole.
I think I'll get the rear seat vault and leave the front console for other stuff. I do agree with you on carry, but wonder about the aftermath of taking action in a prohibited area. What a world.Hey you brought it up, not me.
I'd personally rather get under seat storage and something that has fingerprint to access quicker.
No joke. Especially in your state.I think I'll get the rear seat vault and leave the front console for other stuff. I do agree with you on carry, but wonder about the aftermath of taking action in a prohibited area. What a world.
That was a nice surprise. I had a console vault in a 4Runner and loved it.No joke. Especially in your state.
Lots of options out there if you can afford them. Some have gotten pretty creative. I guess it depends on two things actually: Money, and space.
I saw a post the other days of someone that bought a vehicle, used, off the lot and didn't look in the center console. Got home and realized it has a safe in there! Tried all the default codes and got nowhere. No update as to what they did but still pretty amazing.
