I put in an order through Evergreen Ford yesterday, no deposit required. No discount or markup. For what it's worth, I ordered the Maverick XL in Velocity Blue with hybrid motor (FWD). The only frills are the floor liners, the 110v inverter/outlets and a trailer hitch receiver. Evergreen Ford says they'll match Ford's price for the spray-in bedliner. If anyone sees anything relating to a Maverick camper shell, I'd be interested.

UPDATE: Ford sent the order confirmation email to the dealer representative at Evergreen Ford, Chris Reade, who has just forwarded it to me.
