Just joined today. I've got a 2024 Lariat hybrid...Terrain. I'm still on the first tank of gas. Just ordered a TruXedo Pro X15 soft tonneau. My Maverick world has been a little crazy lately...just sold a Carbonized Gray 2023 XLT hybrid and just cancelled an order on another 2024 Lariat hybrid. Think I've got things under control now.

I'm retired and volunteer building wheelchair ramps a couple of days a week. My other Ford is a 1965 Falcon station wagon that we've driven all over the country.

When I saw that color, I changed the color of the 24 I had on order from Carbonized Gray to Terrain. I really like the Terrain exterior with the brown/blue Lariat interior. I don't care for the brown/blue interior with some of the other exterior colors.

Welcome to the club! Congratulations on getting your replacement Maverick! Not sure if I have myself under control yet, but will see.

Perhaps one of the first mods is to add a Maverick Truck Club decal so you can properly “represent.”

Congrats Falcon Bill, I know what you mean about getting things under control, I too went from a '23 XLT to a '24 Lariat. Your Falcon reminds me of my fathers '64 Futura.

I spent many of rides in the backseat of my dads 64 falcon sprint. He is a mechanic and I got to grow up around him and his buddies and their hot rods. Boss mustangs,rancheros,Studebakers,VW Baja. I owned a 66 stang and a 64 ranchero in my early days. Grew out of working on cars and now just a fast boat. I suppose some day I'll have a fast wheelchair. Enjoy the Terrain, I got one myself

It never ceases to amaze me how many families owned Falcons. We've had 7 over the past 20+ years...3 hardtops, 2 sedans and 2 wagons. We drive our Falcon all around the country and the wagon is fantastic for that...got factory air and modern cruise control. It can't match the MPG of the Maverick though!

I think I've owned 21 Fords since I started driving in 1965. I've got 2 now...would have 3 if Ford still made a hybrid sedan.
