For a few weeks, I've had an issue like several of you that when I turn my truck off, I soon get a FordPass alert saying "Remote Features Disabled". I've also had an issue recently where the passenger-side keyless entry doesn't work.

In the past, turning Keyless Entry off and back on would fix the problem; this time it didn't (I've also tried a BMS reset more than once).

Yesterday morning, I turned Keyless Entry off and left it off. Since then, I've only gotten one "Remote Features Disabled" alert.

I don't know what the correlation is, but it's interesting. I'll be going in for the airbag recall fix soon and I'm going to mention this to the Service department (along with the TSBs regarding grabby brakes and Deep Sleep). I'll update if I learn anything.

Sure any parasitic draw disabled will have a positive effect but it's probably not the root cause. Since you've had another alert bares that out. I'm an ICE guy but have been quietly watching this issue for months that mostly affects the hybrid folks.

With that in mind I'll ask a question - has anyone who has had their 12V battery replaced had a return of the deep sleep condition?

Had issues with going into deep sleep mode for months. Went into dealer for airbag recall, which they had to order, yeah should have told me that when I made the appointment! I charged battery several times before going into dealer because the volts were dropping to 11.6volts. Did a trickle charge and everything would work fine no deep sleep alerts for about a month, then battery would slowly drain and some features would stop working, ie. (remote start, start stop, courtesy lights, proximity door unlock). Dealer said that they did a deep cycle charge and that should have fixed the issue. Left he dealer and didn't even get off lot and auto start stop still wasn't working. Went back in, mechanic said I would probably have to drive it for awhile and it would start again. Once he said probably I knew here was a problem. Said many people having the issue have had batteries replaced and issues were resolved, he said battery was fine. When dealer called the next day I brought up the issue and said they can look at it when I bring it back for airbags. I will probably be getting rid of truck before I even take it back.
