Aftermarket Cab Lights

Anybody out there hooked up aftermarket cab lights? I am kind of torn between those low profile smoked amber lamps and regular full service over the road fixtures (I think they would be TOO big).Dropping the headliner seems like a tricky one, should I have it done at the dealer?

i do remember someone had some marker lights on top of the cab, i'm sure if you search in this forum you will find some pictures too
