Has anyone seen a way of putting USB charging ports under the rear seat in the storage bin?

All you need is to find or run 12 volts. There's a lot of marine "PD" type USB ports in any combination, switched, USB C, etc. you could mount in there that run off 12 volts. https://amzn.to/3S1GumW

USB output is 5 volts. Wiring a USB cable directly to 12v will damage devices connected to it.
I would either use an adaptor like this

OR just plan to use usb C @ 12v for the plugs. if you need 5v, I would use the above adaptor for the install or use an inverter.

looking at this product, it appears to take 12V and converts down to 5V.

These convert and drop down 12 volts to 5V USB ports. Widely used on boats and campers for adding USB ports. I've installed a lot of them in different combinations.

All true. My words of caution were aimed at the first part of the post- ' All you need is to find or run 12 volts. '

When choosing your device to connect to the "12 volt line" be sure to get one that will accept up to 15.6 volt input. If you get one with a lower over voltage protection you will loose the USB 5 volt current when the mavericks current exceeds the devices max voltage limit
