Actual Mileage driving in Colorado

Greetings,

Yesterday I completed a 722 mile round trip from Fort Collins, CO to Cedaredge, CO (NE of Delta) driving my 2023 Hybrid. going through Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnels, Vail pass, through Grand Junction. For this trip there were no traffic or weather issues, I know hard to believe given Denver and being Winter! Also, I keep my top speed around 69 (I'm retired and don't really care, plus I've found keeping my Maverick under 70's really helps MPG). Numbers: 722 miles / 16.2 gal = 44.57. The Dash reading showed 44.9, the truck's computer is a little high, but given 722 miles, not way off.

BTW, yesterday from Blair Ranch rest area exit to Fort Collins, my truck computer showed 50.0 MPG.

Great trip.
When I did about same amount of miles in Utah last summer. I found my numbers just slightly lower than the trucks numbers.

Wow! Thanks for the post...I am lurking and learning while I wait for my first Maverick. Due to start it's build this week Switching up from a 2001 Silverado and 2014 Forrester - hoping this new little truck will fill all those bigs shoes...
