Been lurking the forum for almost a year now. Just purchased my second maverick in as many (model) years and I figured it’s finally time to join the club for real
so last year I bought a 2024 XLT Hybrid in hot pepper red, and it very quickly became my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned! Unfortunately it was involved in a collision in April and was totaled out. I really wanted another hybrid, and it seemed like a serendipitous opportunity to upgrade to a Lariat. They’ve been pretty dang hard to find so I’ve been searching and waiting for a while, and finally found this wonderful eruption green 2025 Lariat Hybrid with 4K tow, BAP, and trifold tonneau cover on Monday, and I am absolutely over the moon with it! once again, this is my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned
I hadn’t originally planned to spring for the BAP, because I liked the smoked truffle interior better in pictures but once I saw this one in person I forgot all about that nonsense
I didn’t have a tonneau cover on my previous Maverick because I didn’t feel the need to have one. My new one came with the trifold tonneau cover. I haven’t spent much time with it yet but I kinda like it already, the pros seem to outweigh the cons now that it’s there
I didn’t have the adjustable bed rails before, either but I’m so glad to have them now. I had been planning to order a set for the old one when the aforementioned trajedy struck. In a weird way, it worked out!
anyway that’s probably enough rambling, now a couple pictures!
