Good job! I would like more pics as well. I would love to come up with a way to put lights in the upper C of my XLT. I really want that "Lightening" light strip across the grille but it needs to connect to the upper C. IMO

If be interested in seeing a whole C across the whole headlight

Here’s a few more pics and close ups of the wiring as well. As I mentioned, I had no prior wiring experience and it was very easy. My lights’ wires came color coded so it was as simple as hooking yellow (turns) to yellow, ground to ground, and power I ran it to the interior fuse box since there wasn’t a way to go into the engine fuse box without drilling a hole and I didn’t want to do that. By all means I’m not an expert and I DIYed it so obviously not perfect at the moment but I plan to clean up the wires.

You can make that work by use the light strip that mw_maeve is using and you only need one light strip because it is 16.4ft/5m long. That long enough to do both upper C and across the front also with just one strip and you will still need to cut some off because it will still be too long.

You could, yeah. Mine are actually 2 pieces, each 2' long but there's plenty other options that are one long pieces too.

It does look very similar to the upcoming Ford Ranger Raptor. If Ford ever decides to make a Maverick Raptor, this is what is should look like, just add some fender flares for a beefier look and to house the upgraded suspension components. Looks great.

@mw_maeve can’t tell, but is that an LED step or chrome accent in the grill crossbar (the grill part connected to the Ford emblem)?

edit: do you also have your DRLs turned off for the picture? I’m curious how it looks with the DRL and the LED strip
