My point exactly. The OP shows an unrealistic short travel of 65mpg, so I’d share mine. Post back when he gets 65mpg over a tank full, or even 100 miles. Anyone can claim great mpg for a short trip.

Here is mine. Just returned from a 1355 mi round trip from Memphis TN to Lexington VA. I set my cruise control to the posted speed limit. Mostly 70mph. Very pleased with a 40.4 average mpg. 2414 miles and love this truck! Averaging 45 mpg around town.

The Tacoma 10.3 mpg on the tankful is a little surprising. Maybe I do not understand the dash display.
Did you do the TFL Ike guantlet?
The numbers are amazing, it looks like up a mountain and down the mountain.

Anyway this may be apples to oranges comparisons. The OP has a hybrid that will beat most gas engines mpg overall.
