I can't believe radio signal is not affected with these, but I won't complain if that's really the case! I really do like the look of that 2" best, but I don't want to lose any signal. Give us an update once you get yours on, if enough folks report no issues I'll have to get myself one of these.I just ordered the 2” version for my truck.
Is there a link so that you get the credit?I switched out my factory antenna for a 4" CravenSpeed Stubby Antenna.* Reception seems unaffected but I'm also in the Kansas City area. I'll know for sure if reception was compromised next week when I travel for the holidays.
They also have a 2" version that @Anton4 installed, here's the thread: Replaced the antenna with shorter one
USA made.

Roughly half the length of the factory antenna.

Thanks for the update. I wondered if there would be issues with reception.Just wanted to share an update on this after traveling with it; there is certainly less range than the factory antenna even though most of the reviews would lead one to believe otherwise. The 4" version works completely fine here in Kansas City, but I was getting noticeably less stations and worse reception in certain areas as we traveled this past week compared to the same drive with the stock antenna. I'll still keep it on as I prefer the look and it works fine for 95% of my driving.
I did the Jr. as wel, I like the low profile look better and I’m always on Pandora or iTunes…. But I definitely notice a decently sized difference in reception as im in a rural areai installed the 2"...I like the low look much better. No issues with signal so far, but I'm mostly on Pandora.
Also received the AutoBox apple play adapter last night. Mounting underneath the USB ports with a piece of alien tape tonight. Connected seamlessly with my iPhone. Bye Bye cord.
