Has anyone tried mounting a 255/70/17
Overal tire height is 31”

I upgraded the stock tires on my 2022 XLT FX4 to 245/65/17, and they are great. You will take a little mileage hit, but more importantly these were the largest tires I could find without modifications that would fit without rubbing. They look great and they fill up the wheel well. They are Yokohama Geolanders.. good luck!

MAYBE WITH A LEVEL OR LIFT IN THE FRONT , WILL PROBABLY STLL HAVE TO TRIM OR FLATTEN THE PINCH WELDS

IVE BEEN LOOKING AT THAT TIRE , TRYING TO TAL MYSELF INTO IT
