After a 16 month wait, my XLT Hybrid arrived in February of this year. And it has been everything that I expected, and more. For the first 15 months, and the first 2,000 miles, it was mainly city driving. And in those 3 months I filled up with gas 4 times (mostly half tanks) and was getting gas mileage of 53 MPG, 44 MPG, 45 MPG and 48 MPG. I just now completed a 600 round trip of mostly open road driving (ranging from 45 MPH to 75 MPH) and was expecting my MPG to be in the 33-35 MPG range. But to my surprise I got 44 MPG.

The performance overall has been wonderful. Sound system is just fine. Rides like an SUV. Very quiet for a truck. Very nimble to turn in tight spaces. And my "iconic silver" with black trim really pops. I love my Maverick.

I'm driving a 2023 Hybrid Hot Pepper Red about 2000 so far with overall MPG of 41. Fun to drive and with adjustment the sound system is more than adequate. Using flash drives for music, lots of current blues rock artist. In short, I agree, more than worth the wait. Enjoy your ride.
