I tried to get that gift card too but the rep told me there is no gift card and I was given wrong info. If true, EVERYONE who is being put off, cancelled, etc. should all get treated equally. Like $100 credit when time finally comes to sign the paperwork and take possession.
Did you chat or call marketing? I tried it via chat and flat-out asked them and they said they couldn't do anything but marketing could. Called them, told them, and had an email 10 minutes later.
What if you had a VIN then just discover you no longer have a one. This was on my tracking page: "We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN." When I had a VIN it said "Order Confirmed".That's right, "if you have a VIN, you WILL be built!"Now excuse me while I go scream.

Well, I had a VIN for a little while. That was something. Anyone have a clue for '23 production? Probably way too early. Thought I was gonna get my Maverick in November/December.
