'22 Lariat ambient interior lighting turns off for no apparent reason

From time to time I notice the ambient lighting isn't on, so I go into the Ford settings on the console and find that it's turned all the way down. I never turned it down. Any idea why this would be happening? I have no idea what the frequency is. I guess if it takes me awhile to notice the lights are off, maybe they're not important? But I paid for them! Ha ha...

Have you had the CSP 24B47 update? It pertains to 'SYNC system instability concerns and/or a failure to preserve certain settings across ignition cycles. This may result in a black infotainment screen that does not affect rear view camera, incorrect language setting, erased or unsaved radio presets, and potential inability to perform software updates. '

I have not and wasn't aware of it. Thanks. I will ask about it next time I have maintenance at the dealer.

I've definitely noticed this happen if I've been in and out of deep sleep. Thankfully I have Deeply sleep no more an

Had off and on issues with screen using Sync 3 when I had my Escape (traded in for Mav in Sept). Once came up in Chinese, wish I had taken a picture. Did take a picture of this... Picture is a mirror image of what it should have been. Do I win a prize. hahahahaha
