Almost 3 months later and your order wasn't even scheduled yet?

Mine was scheduled +/- 2 weeks after I placed my order. Dealership must have placed your order on priority level Z, or just forgot about it

It's too bad because you'll end up with a decontented 2026

I think he can get everything on the 2026 Lariat except the wireless phone charger and the power passenger seat. But some now have to be ordered separately. So he needs to make sure everything he wants is still included

I have a 2025 XLT with the moonroof. I still have a bunch of headroom. And I dont get any extra wind noise. It’s a typical unit. It’s worth getting if you want it.

At this stage of the Maverick game I agree.

If OPs zip is accurate they are near Amelia City, FL and a quick search on cars.com shows 175 2025 hybrids for sale within 150 miles, 90 available within 100 miles, and 34 available within 50 miles.

They should be able to find something they like.

if He doesn’t want to go the hassle of dealing with a dealer ship that is out of town, most dealers will find and get what you want from another dealer. They often call it a dealer trade. This is especially true if the dealership has something that the other dealer wants. It’s something worth asking your dealer if it’s something they can do. If so, you have the advantage of having purchased from the closest dealership/dealership you want to deal with and also getting the vehicle you want in a timely manner. You may not quite get the discount you want. But it might be worth it just to get the vehicle you want right now versus waiting and indeterminant amount of time.

Amen. Some how I got mine in ten weeks at the end of last year ( Dec 27 2024 to be exact)

I wouldn’t have waited ten days.
I walked on the lot at 2 pm on 12/31/2024
Drove away at 4:30 pm I think it was.
Done.
I couldn’t believe I was driving a 4 banger home. The silent smooth Turbo made it feel like a small block V-8.
I was tickled to death with my lariat, still am.

My dealer, King Ford only had six new 2024’s left
My Lariat, one XLT one XL and three Tremors that were all the same color I didn’t want.
The three Tremors were obviously Ecoboost’s. My Lariat was Ecoboost, the other two were hybrids.

They had a used 2024 XLT with 14,000 miles, and a big cigarette burn hole right in the middle of the driver seat. The thing stunk like a road house and they wanted $24,000 for it. No thanks.
