I purchased a A7062 ADUP1, but the seller cut the connector off. I also have the harness which piggy backs off the interior lighting for the 12V supply.

my mirror has 4 wires, white, green, gray and black. Has anyone encountered this configuration and might have an idea what the pinout is?

Yeah, that mirror is the same basic Gentex/Kia unit everyone’s been using on Mavericks. The 4-wire pinout is:
  • Black = Ground
  • White = +12 V for the mirror/compass (main power, usually switched 12 V)
  • Green = +12 V for Homelink (you can just tie this to the same switched 12 V feed as white)
  • Gray = Reverse signal input (12 V when in reverse, disables auto-dim when powered; if you don’t care, just cap it off)
On the Maverick overhead harness people typically do:
  • Mirror black → dome light black (ground)
  • Mirror white + green → dome light white/green (switched 12 V)
  • Leave gray alone unless you want to go hunting for the reverse feed.
If you want to be extra safe, bench-test it first with a 12 V source: black to –, white+green to +, then shine a light at the front sensor and cover the rear sensor to confirm it dims. Gray should kill the dimming if you put +12 V on it.
