2024 Maverick XLT Hybrid - No Private Offer Found

Ordered 2023 Maverick XLT Hybrid July 2022.
Got the notice in July 2023 it wasn't getting build, so same vehicle was re-ordered for the 2024 model.

Arrived at the dealership last week. Trying to figure out the private offer before picking up.
After contacting Ford Marketing, Ford Hotline, and dealership nobody can find a private offer "code".

Are people just getting screwed out of this money? What else can I do?

There were specific steps your dealer was supposed to do when "transitioning/re-entering" the order from 23 to 24 to ensure that the private MY transition offer was generated.

Ford was very specific about this. Either your dealer didn't follow the instructions (most likely) or there was a glitch on Ford's end (which has happened in other cases). Either way, your dealer would need to work with their Ford sales rep to try and get the private offer manually added for you.

I feel your pain.
Same story here. Bought at Waldorf Ford in Waldor, Md. and they didn't do squat.
Ford customer service was no help and neither was the sales manager.
They did sell it to me a list price. T
Now they keep sending me emails for service specials and maintenance requests. They can go pound stone. Never get another dollar from me.
Good news is 3600 miles and not one issue to date on my hybrid XLT.
Maybe I got lucky after all.

Same thng with mine. Ordered a 23 Lariat on 9/15/22, was converted to a 24 8/1/23. Arrived 12/8/23 but my orginal color, Area 51 was discontinued. Ford gave me $2500 b/c of the price increase but it still cost me 3K more.
