2023 torque converter issues

Hello, I have 2023 2.0 with 37k babied miles. Dealer says I need a new torque converter due to a shudder at low rpm from time to time. It's been on order for 3 weeks. Anyone else having this issue?

Did you change your 8F35's ULV Transmission fluid? Was it showing codes? I would also get a price from a transmission shop unless under warranty?
