I am new here, so not sure if I am in the right section. I have a customer order verification form. Not even sure if that means anything? It has a tracking number on it. Anybody have any experience with this? I would love some feedback. Thanks.

Ford CS can track/confirm your order if you can provide them with a 'sales code' and an 'order number'

This information is in your order verification. If you can get at least this information, you can go to Ford website and use 'chat' to find out the status.

Here's an example of my chat today after I have given them the 'sales code' (starts with an 'F') , and the order number (letter+3 numbers)

Thanks for your response. I did call Ford, they found me/my order the dealership submitted. I have not received an email, or any other communication about the order. I wonder how other's are doing? Is this par for the course?

You may want to call your salesperson and see if they got an email confirmation from Ford, they should have by now. I did that a couple days after I ordered and my salesman had received it, I got mine from Ford that night.
