2023 maverick check engine light emissions

Hi my maverick had a check engine light come on around 7000 miles. The dealership replaced the purge valve and within 2 weeks have another emission light. I’ve read other have had this problem and have had the purge valve replaced and also had the light come on but I can’t seem to find any info what’s happens after the second time. Thanks
