My dealer let me know my order is ‘under preview’ and should have a build date by Monday as it was one of the two that got selected to be previewed from that dealership. Fingers crossed for me!!

Ford Chat tried to convince me twice my order is in transit. 2023 xlt hybrid w/ trailer hitch.
Ordered October 13/22.
Finally after telling them it can’t be and that at best it might be scheduled they decided it was being previewed.
Same message as last week.

Order preview sheet from dealer has sales code and order code. Provide those two things and they’ll give you update. Can use chat or phone them. Minimal waiting either way.

Ford chat told me last week I'm scheduled week of Nov. 28th (I know, don't hold my breath 
). I read on another Canadian thread that someone managed to get their VIN via chat. I didn't think they did that, but what the heck - give it a try.
So this is what I got:
"We can provide you with the status on your vehicle, but, unfortunately we do not have visibility on the VIN."
This was from Ahmed. If you get Ahmed on your chat, he ain't gonna play ball. Hang up and try again lol.

Also be aware the order code on the preview sheet can change when it's converted to an actual order. That's what happened to me, Ford Chat couldn't find the order # I gave them off the preview sheet. So I called my dealer and they gave me the proper order code from the converted order.

Heard from my dealer yesterday, and got my VIN. He told me production date was late this month (Nov). I checked with Ford chat and they did not have a production date for me.
Original order was end of Dec 2021. Turned over to a 2023 order on Oct 07. Went into review almost immediately.
XLT lux Hybrid, remote start, moon roof, black appearance package.
I have not received any type of notifications from Ford at all, only the dealer.

Oh dear, that’s brutal. Is yours a hybrid? Mine is EB so it’s the only rational reason it got scheduled so quickly.Wonder how that will work, given that MY22 production is going into December.

Mine came in July, after a 9 month wait.
What I said is from mixed info apparently. Some people were saying MY22 was going into December, now people are saying Nov 21 is the cut off. Guess I missed something.

My build week of Nov 28th got pushed to Dec 15th I’m really hoping it gets built before Xmas so it’ll get shipped by end of Jan.
