After purchase, I had the dealership reprogram the Power Outlet timeout from 4500 seconds (Factory) to 500 seconds (2024 Lariat) using FORscan. It actually ended up changing to 15 minutes (900 seconds ?) for the time out. Was not too upset at that, because he provided the programming script and he entered 500 but the time that resulted was 15 minutes. This month, the timeout behavior changed to 60 seconds after ignition power off. The truck has not been in the shop, all voltages, battery health status, and vehicle health status reports show good/normal. So why did the power timeout change in February 2025???? Really UPSET at a vehicle changing its behavior for no reason.

UPDATE: The problem is the 12V battery and system. The Delayed Power Outlet Timeout is fed by the 12v battery. The demand loads of the late 2024 Lariat Hybrids (required all three major upgrade groups) are greater than the battery can sustain and the charging system does not 'maintain' the battery health. The 12v battery failed to hold a charge after 9 months. I even had the power timeout reduced from 75 minutes to 15 minutes (Forscan parameter)
