Waited the usual 11 months for my '23 Hybrid Lariat Lux Atlas BAP 360 Assist. Now it is time to start enjoying it. Took 70 days from schedule email to drive home. I have nothing but good things to say about my dealer, Sunnyvale Ford in Silicon Valley. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The pick up experience was totally stress free. None of the magic tire air, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment, etc. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. It now has 40 miles on it so time to do some driving. And yes, it is awesome.
