  1. Anyone put 2 kayaks and 2 bikes in the bed?

Going camping this weekend and looking to see if anyone has managed 2 kayaks and 2 bikes at the same time with tent camping gear too? I'm sure I can figure something out, but at work right not so I figured I'd ask since I didn't find anything while looking around. Options I have to work with...
  2. 3D Printer Fog lamp Base?

Do you have the the fog light already mounted in this picture, or is the light just sitting in there and could be shifted? I'm wondering if shifting it to the right to center it in the hole, and then make a plate that surrounds it, this might also allow for easier fitment of different fog...
  3. 3D Printer Fog lamp Base?

You are using CAD (Cardboard Aided Design), I still use this method a lot even though I have 3d design software and a few printers, sometimes cardboard is the quickest way to prototype for the first few versions. :) Is there any mounting spots, or would it need to be drilled in from the back...
  4. Side rail tie down question?

Do these work like the ones that come with the truck? or do they wobble? I know they are OEM, but not sure if the double rail system from the f-150 is the same profile as the single rail in the Mav
  5. $100 Creality Ender 3 Pro

I forget about running out of filament, been printing for a long time and have 2 totes full of different colors, buy them as the come one sale on amazon, or if I need a color for a project. For cura a settings I use the youtuber CHEP's cura settings. seem to work well for me, I still tweak for...
  6. $100 Creality Ender 3 Pro

did you level the bed, do this a few times with a piece of paper between the nozzle and the bed. Also check that the nozzle is tight, this should be done while it is hot. It takes time to dial everything in. Also what I find helpful is a pei bed for sticking. this is the one I have been using...
  7. $100 Creality Ender 3 Pro

I definitely go through spurts of using mine, and sometimes slice something large and think I don't want to wait 26 hours to only let it sit bit printing for 3 weeks.... like a t-rex skull to maxes out the build plate.
  8. Unnecessary 3D Prints for your Mav - Ejection Seat Button

Was bored at work and had a bit of filament left I wanted to use up so I made this ejection button to go over the passenger airbag indicator 😀 I'm sure this won't be the last weird pointless thing I make, and wanted a place to show it that won't just get lost on thingiverse.com If/When I post...
  9. Lyse Blue Maverick Build From Brazil

  10. Global Window Open Confirmed Working (Lariat Only)

So far just down. I haven't had a chance to play with it again to see if I can get to go back up. My guess is it is some combination of enabled and disabled modules. I wonder what are enabled on a car that has the option from the factory.
  11. ForScan Mod: Enable Off-Road Screen on 6.5" Display (Confirmed Working)

I have the auto switching one recommend by forscan and a older switch one. Neither give me the ipc module. I'll try reinstalling the drivers.
  12. Global Window Open Confirmed Working (Lariat Only)

Confirmed working on another hybrid lariat lux. Took a few tries to get it to work.
  13. ForScan Mod: Enable Off-Road Screen on 6.5" Display (Confirmed Working)

Which module is this under? Looked in all the as builts but no luck finding any lines starting with 720. Hybrid lariat lux
  14. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

... ok I won't say that, it is powered with a built in bateria 😉 It's self contained so my guess is a long term one.
  15. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

It is removable but to change the battery you would have to pry it apart. My guess is it is a 10 year battery and by then I'll replace with another or the whole mirror if I still have the truck. Snapped a pic of what it looks like in the mav
  16. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

A bit more than the $20-$40 KIA option, but I got this mirror for $65. Not needing to wire it is worth the extra few bucks for me. https://www.ebay.com/itm/325046864396
