Found out the hard way that my Maverick and another vehicle can't occupy the same space at the same time. Pretty minor damage. It's all repaired now and got a little bonus. since the front bumper/grill had to come off, I had the body shop install my Raptor grille.

the channels are just L shaped 2x2 aluminum. I drilled holes in them and carefully screwed then to the edge of the wood with the rollers on it. it’s NOT ideal. The 1/2” edge of particle board isn’t the smartest choice for a self tapping screw. I only used it because i had a full sheet of it...

End of day 1 working out of the Maverick with switchblade cover and while I’m still skeptical of the quality, it is very functional. It really does look good and everyone who’s seen it is very impressed.
