I'm sure the USB panel is easily popped out and rotated 180° and cables that are 90° are available too. Either device can be clean installed by tucking them just under the USB slot.
I check google maps ,[19.082122599999998,-111.62158149999999]]']Ford Hermosillo Stamping & Assembly Plant out of curiosity to see how "busy" they are sometimes and saw this. :giggle:
It was taken in September, last time I checked a Bronco was up there.
Yes, kinda
scheduled then delayed then put back.
I'm guessing they are doing everything they can to build as many Mavericks as they can given all the current and changing factors.
12/2/2021 scheduled to be built the week of January 24, 2022

If you are purchasing your Maverick under The New Vehicle Purchase Program (X-Plan) they might hold you to this rule.
Dealerships will notify the customer as soon as the vehicle has been prepared for delivery. New Vehicle Purchase Program customers must accept delivery and make final settlement...
This is what I received after requesting my PIN Certificate from Ford.
These are very specific rules. I don't know how flexible my dealer is going to be being that I didn't mention the X-Plan when I ordered my Maverick.
And for #5, I hope I can squeeze in 90 days before I pick it up.
As bad as this current car buying experience may be, the alternative of stalking the dealer lots for a chance to purchase a vehicle is much more disturbing to me.
The main reason why I was initially drawn to the Maverick is that it looks like a truck. If it looks like a truck, acts like a truck, feels like a truck then it's a truck.
Don't take that away from me :)
Mavericks are connected vehicles and can get time updates from cell network. If you live close to a time zone boundary it may be updating. You can avoid this by changing the settings.
OMG, Ford is falling apart identifying parts that need to be addressed due to safety all before many years of litigation and lawsuits and ....
Oh wait, that's a good thing, Thanks Ford
Here is an idea, if you have a sympathetic salesman perhaps you can work a deal.
See if you can trade your drop-in liner for credit toward them spraying your bed. They can either send it out or do it them selves.
Just reading the post and wondering how much noise is entering through the pressure relief vent bottom center behind back seat. I don't have my Mav yet.
So first time at dealership I thought I ordered a Maverick on 10/05/2021 but didn't get email confirmation. I went back on 11/11/2021 to ask them to attach my email to the order and instantly received my confirmation.
Fast forward to today--I received my VIN and build week date and noticed the...
I would remove the one you have and see if there's a part number on it. Generally Ford part numbers from left to right are only one number different. So take the number off the part you have and add 1.
