Good post…but I believe your last sentence may be the only thing wrong. I don’t believe the truck will EVER “self lock”. That’s what these several hundred posts are about.. people accidentally hitting the lock lever and claiming “self lock”. But it’s just not true. Human error in all cases…so far.

Exactly.....I think the Continentals get a bad rap because a friend of a friend's dad told them they are "Bad" tires. It's just NOT true. I will take mine to 45-50 and then get some BFG Trail Terrains.....but the Continentals are not as bad as some would "Like" them to be. IMHO........

This sounds crazy...but are you SURE no one (you or your passenger) moved the rotary gear selector out of drive while you were moving???? Stranger things have happened.

Debby…I could be wrong but I believe Adaptive Cruise is an “option” on more cars than it is standard. Even on most Benzes and Porsches I believe you have to “pick it.” Also…you’ll find that some people …older drives and very young drivers….don’t even know what it is. 🙂

Insurance WILL cover it if you leave the key in the vehicle. Stealing is stealing...no matter what the circumstances. Now...if you left it there on a "Planned" insurance scam...and they can prove it....then NO...no coverage.

I went 9,200 for my first. Oil life monitor was showing 40 % left before needing a change. I'm at 18,500 now...shows 42% left. This truck can easily go 10K between the changes....the Hybrid that is. Remember folks...as said MANY times before in this forum....this is 2025. Technology is HERE...
