I'll probably get roasted for this, but I've always felt that my MX4 is 1/2"-3/4" shorter than it should be, to have enough overlap at both ends. I finally decided to slide mine back, to get more overlap at the tailgate, and found this 20 mil thick PVC tape to seal the edge at the window.

My guess is that you'd have to wire the Curt harness to the battery, I doubt the Flexbed 12V leads would be powered up.
What about splicing-in a flat-4 cable from the RV-7 plug into the motorhome? Would be cheaper than buying the Curt harness.

I'm really jealous of you guys making this conversion. A couple of weeks ago, I made the drive up/down the Pikes Peak mountain, and while I had no problems, I would have loved the confidence that a big set of front brakes would have provided.

Fords problem is they released the MY22 Maverick Hybrid at $19,995 (+ shipping), not having any idea if the market would accept such a vehicle. It SHOULD have launched closer to $25-26K, much closer the the real value number of the vehicle. The fact that people were paying $5-10K dealer...
But see, that's the problem with people. Fit, finish & better materials cost money. If Toyota "cloned" the Maverick, improved in those 3 areas, would you pay $10K more?
Probably not.

This!!!! ^^^^^^ I'm on my 3rd Maverick, simply because I mis-ordered my first one, and then decided I liked the looks and stance of a Tremor compared to the non-Tremor Lariat I had for #2. If the buzzes and rattles really bother you, either let the dealer try to fix it, or trade it in on...
If you have an older MX4 tonneau cover, and it came with the necked-down drain tubes, you might want to look at them. Realized I was getting more leakage than normal, popped one off and the funnel was full of fumunga (dirt), completely blocked. Looks like they've changed to a full-diameter drain...
What about getting a mini plate and mounting it on the left side, like on this thread?
