Sensors may be going off because that's how they were designed. Have you ever seen a pickup with a big dent in the top edge of the tailgate?
Tailgate is left down, driver backs into a post or pole... This way, the system annoys the crap out of you so you KNOW it's down.
I got my email yesterday too. I've had my VIN and date for a minute though from the chat feature.
Same build week, I'm in central NY, and hoping to have my truck for July 4th. Fingers crossed.
What's your build? I'm an XLT Lux in CG.
It's an apples to oranges comparison really, the larger trucks are meant for a different consumer.
I'm buying a maverick because I don't tow, and anything heavy enough to need to be in the bigger truck, I can have delivered and I don't have to unload.
If I had a camper, were a contractor...
First and foremost, it's your truck, and that YOU like it is all that matters.
I think it looks good, if it were an actual flag, I might (for sure would) shame you, however, it is a representation of one, and takes on an artistic approach to present the same message.
To me, this is no...
Stop sale shouldn't apply to a resale. They are required to tell you that there is an active recall though...
That reminds me my wife's van has a fuel pump recall.
2" receiver, your raise/drop as well as the ball size will all be dependent on the trailer you are pulling. The ball size must be correct for the coupler, it you risk it falling off while driving. Drop/raise is a little less important, but helps with leveling.

Odds are all over buddy, I was doubting, but used the chat feature on their website and found out I was scheduled... Another Sept order was scheduled, may be worth checking... Especially since Ford said they'll be scheduling by order date... (FWIW I'm a hybrid too)
I'm happy for all those scheduled, but nervous, at the same time...
There's a lot of older orders scheduled, did they skip that many of us when scheduling?
I can say that from what I've seen, a lot of the June orders have been picked up. Myself included. I did have to use the chat system to find out about it though.
That said, I would build whatever I can. My responsibility is to my shareholders to maximize their investment. Balancing the...
Emptied the bottle last night, so I figured I would check today, as advised.
Build week of May 23 & they gave me my VIN.
Guess it's time to drink in celebration 😂.
Is that different than regular Jameson?
I'm a big fan of Johnny Walker Black. It's my go to, after a couple of those, I usually switch to red though...
June 21 order here, I just keep checking email and drinking scotch... I called a couple times last month, no news... Someday I'll get my cg hybrid XLT Lux...
The last vehicle I spent any considerable amount of time working on was a HMMWV in the middle of Baghdad. There its used for the tranny, brakes, and power steering. EPAS wasn't a thing then.
Either way my point was it could be used in more than one place. (No offense taken, just showing my...
I'm not sure about the Maverick, but Ford has used cherry juice for power steering on previous vehicles, so I wouldn't guarantee transmission vs power steering solely on the fluid.
Definitely agree that there's more to it than the rear end though, you might have a bad bearing, bad wheel...
